Elderly and Vulnerable Clients

We offer a range of services to support elderly and vulnerable clients who may be experiencing cognitive impairment. Our solicitors and staff have all received training on how to be ‘dementia friendly and are able to offer advice, in a sensitive and considerate way. 

In addition to our Private Client services we can also advise on trusts for vulnerable beneficiaries, including disabled persons trusts and court of protection applications.

Our offices are wheel-chair accessible and our Lancaster office has a car park. Where appropriate, we will visit our elderly and vulnerable clients in their homes.
