Costs
Clients are often concerned about meeting the costs of their legal services and it is part of our professional service to discuss these with you at the earliest opportunity.
We are up front and clear about our private charging rates and will consider throughout your case whether you will be eligible for Public Funding. We will invoice you on a regular basis to ensure payment is more easily managed, and will give you full details of the costs of your case as requested.
We will always provide you with our best estimate of the likely costs of your case and we can accept payment by cash, cheque, credit or debit card (by telephone if required) or direct debit/Standing Order.
We offer a fixed fee initial appointment for up to 60 minutes for £240 inc VAT, with a letter of advice. Fixed fee appointments can be telephone, in person or via video call.
