Samantha is a Chartered Legal Executive at our Preston office, she has a Law Degree (LLB) and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2018. She is also a full member of the Solicitors for the Elderly, which is an independent national organisation of lawyers who provide specialist legal advice for older and vulnerable people, their families and carers.
Samantha specialises in a wide variety of private client matters including tax and estate planning, trusts, wills and probate, intestacy, Court of Protection applications and Lasting Powers of Attorney. She offers home visits for elderly and vulnerable clients.
Rebecca Lauder has overall responsibility for matters relating to for wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney, deputyships and estate planning.
