Rebecca Lauder
Wills, Probate & Estate Planning
Rebecca heads up the Wills, Probate & Estate Planning team. She has a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree and qualified as a Solicitor in 2007.
Rebecca is also a full member of the Solicitors for the Elderly, which is an independent national organisation of lawyers who provide specialist legal advice for older and vulnerable people, their families and carers. She is a STEP practitioner (Society of Trust and Estate Planning) and is regarded as one of the most experienced and senior practitioners in the field of Trusts and Estates. Rebecca is also a dementia friend.
Rebecca specialises in estate planning, wills and probate, mental capacity issues in relation to the creation of wills, intestacy, Court of Protection applications and Lasting Powers of Attorney. She offers home visits for elderly and vulnerable clients.
Rebecca has overall responsibility for matters relating to for wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney, deputyships and estate planning.
