Pippa Weld-Blundell

Pippa heads up the residential property team and has overall responsibility for matters relating to residential conveyancing. She joined BSG Solicitors in 2012 having obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2015 and was promoted to Head of Residential Property in 2017. Pippa originates from Chipping and is easily available to see clients in and around the Lune and Ribble Valley.
As well as dealing with a broad range of residential property matters such as sales, purchases and remortgages, Pippa also deals with lease extensions, help to buy, unregistered land and agricultural property.
