Emma is a Partner at our Lancaster office, she qualified as a Solicitor in 1999 and has a BA Hons degree.
She is also a STEP practitioner (Society of Trust and Estate Planning) and as a full member Emma is regarded as one of the most experienced and senior practitioners in the field of Wills, Probate and Estate Planning. Emma is also a full member of the Solicitors for the Elderly, which is an independent national organisation of lawyers who provide specialist legal advice for older and vulnerable people, their families and carers.
Emma specialises in tax and estate planning, trusts, wills and probate, intestacy, Court of Protection applications and Lasting Powers of Attorney. She offers home visits for elderly and vulnerable clients.
Rebecca Lauder has overall responsibility for matters relating to for wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney, deputyships and estate planning.
