Do you have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Legal Cashier?

We're seeking a Legal Cashier to join our finance team in Lancaster and provide cashiering support and analysis for the firm:
Managing client accounts and responsible for keeping them up to date in accordance with Solicitors Accounting Rules (SAR).
Recording on to the accounts system financial transactions
Drawing cheques, arranging bank transfers etc
Preparing financial reports and accounts
Preparing management information reports
Paying invoices authorised
Liaising with bankers as instructed, and banking
Balancing/reconciling office and clients bank accounts in accordance with SRA rules
Opening/maintaining designated deposit accounts in accordance with SRA rules
Operating the petty cash system
CMRF return for Legal Helps
Resolving office account and client account queries
Dealing with credit control
Opening of new client/files on the system
Archiving files
Marking system when files destroyed
Covering reception when required
Any other tasks that might be reasonably required
Preparing and authorising online electronic bank transfers, i.e. CHAPS, BACS Faster Payment.
Monitoring and ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions
